Customer Service Administration Assistant

Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Customer Care Administration Assistant to join our Operations team.

What We Need From You?

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
  • Comfortable with basic IT operating systems
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • To complete all tasks to a high standard
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Possess good all round team player capabilities
  • High levels of attention to detail in regards to checking current and historical data

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To update the correct systems with job details, costs and information.
  • To ensure Proformas are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
  • To ensure we are following the customer recharge procedures
  • To help assist in producing or maintaining any internal processes or reports as requested
  • Assist the Operations Department with any other matters that may arise
  • Provide general support to all staff in the operations function
  • Scanning all required documents onto the correct systems
  • To be a team player who assists and supports other colleagues
