Customer Service Administration Assistant
Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Customer Care Administration Assistant to join our Operations team.

What We Need From You?
- Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills
- Comfortable with basic IT operating systems
- To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- To complete all tasks to a high standard
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Possess good all round team player capabilities
- High levels of attention to detail in regards to checking current and historical data
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To update the correct systems with job details, costs and information.
- To ensure Proformas are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
- To ensure we are following the customer recharge procedures
- To help assist in producing or maintaining any internal processes or reports as requested
- Assist the Operations Department with any other matters that may arise
- Provide general support to all staff in the operations function
- Scanning all required documents onto the correct systems
- To be a team player who assists and supports other colleagues
